V-groove cutters for aluminium composite panel on an 8 mm shank, in 90° and 135°. Rout through the front skin and the core, leave the rear skin intact as a hinge, and fold along the groove. The angle you cut is the angle you get: 90° for a square return, 135° for a shallower one. Ground for aluminium, not timber.
