A 38 mm rebating cutter with reversible blades and a bearing guide, 8 mm shank, 12 mm cut depth. Rebates take the back off a panel edge for a door, a glazed frame or a back panel. The bearing sets the rebate width; swapping to a different bearing diameter changes it without changing cutters.
