Shank cutter for processing mineral materials/solid surface materials

Cutters for mineral-bonded board — fibre cement, cement-bonded particle board and similar material that would blunt a standard woodworking cutter in a few metres. These run on a 12 mm shank for stiffness under load, and most use reversible carbide blades, because the wear rate on abrasive board makes a resharpenable edge uneconomic. Groove, plane and edge-trimming cutters cover the usual operations, with ball-bearing guides in several diameters and bevel angles for profiling against the workpiece edge.
