Saws that stay put while the work comes to them, for cuts a handheld machine cannot repeat accurately. The KAPEX mitre saws cover trim and framing — the larger takes up to 120 mm in its extended mitre position, cuts strip material vertically against the stop, and holds crown moulding at its true wall angle instead of making you work out a compound setting. The table saw handles ripping and sheet work. Most of this shelf is what goes around the saw: underframes, extension arms and trimming attachments reaching a 2.4 m cut length, crown stops, clamps, chip collection and blades matched to each machine. A mitre saw on the floor is a different tool from the same saw at working height with support on both sides.
