Protection pad
A 125 mm protection pad — a thin sacrificial layer between the sanding pad and the abrasive. It takes the wear that would otherwise fall on the machine's hook-and-loop face, which is far more expensive to replace. Particularly recommended with abrasive nets, whose open mesh is abrasive on both sides and chews through a fastener quickly. Fits without tools.
